Okay . . . I think I can get the collective brain trust here working to my benefit.
I'm in a situation where I will be running the the Savage Tide for a group of gamers. Unfortunately, due to conflicting schedules, I will only be able to run it once a month at best.
I'm curious know get peoples opinions on what to trim from the Adventure Path in order to be able to get through an entire module in one session. I have six hours per months to run this.
Obviously something like this would provide a much more fast paced camapaign than ussualy. But it took this same group an enite year to get through the first two chapters of the Age of Worms.
Just off the top of my head, in TiNH, I'd need to keep the meeting with Ms Vanderboren, the ring in the blue nixie, penkus's body on parrot island, and the encounter with Rowyn Kellani.
Anyone have any thoughts?

I would suggest starting your characters at 3rd level. Run the meeting with Ms V. and the encounter at the castle and the vault (adjusted to the PCs level). Then, Ms. Vanderboren could have gotten word from another group of adventurers about Penkus's death on Parrot Island which she can relay to your characters. Maybe Penkus has a map to the Thieves' Den on his body. Then the PCs can go straight there. Just omit most rooms in the thieves' den that don't have an encounter.

Good suggestions. The real "core" of There Is No Honor is the assault on the Lotus Dragon guildhall. I'd suggest cutting out the Parrot Island sequence entirely and replacing Soller Vark with Penkus. Have Lavinia discover that Vanthus has been in her vault offscreen and report that to the PCs after they defeat Penkus's goons on the Nixie, and give them clues that lead them from there on to the Lotus Dragons. Of course... doing so "robs" the PCs of lots of XP, so you'll probally need to boost those XP awards so the PCs are tough enough to handle the Lotus Dragons when they get there...
