Class Skills
The Chaotic Killers class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Bluff (Cha),Concentration (Con), Diplomacy (Cha), Intimidate (Cha), Knowledge (religion) (Int).

Skill Points at Each Level
2 + Int modifier.

Basic Fighting BAB and Will save and Ref and Ford

Class Features

All of the following are Class Features of the Chaotic Killer prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency
Chaotic Killers are proficient with all simple and martial weapons, with all types of armor, and with shields. (Except tower shields)

Hand of Chaos (Ex)
eapon in Hand is treated as Chaotic - doing an addtional 1d6 to lawful creatures.

Mask of Lie (Sp)
Gains a bonus on bluff and sense motive equal to his chaos knight level.

Blade of Blood (Ex)
Weapon in a chaotic Killers hands is treated as a Blade of Blood If he so chooses. Weapon deals + 1D6 damage or 3D6 if you take 5 hit points or damage. (this does stack with Hand of Chaos)

Incite Riot and Summon Swarm bugs (Su)
A Chaotic Killer may Incite a Riot once every three days as a spell-like-ability. Will negates (DC= 10+Int bonus+ level). Range 25ft. +5 feet every two levels. Each Creature that fails his saving throw attacks the nearest creature its next time, whether friend or foe.(PHBII) A Chaotic Killer may summon a swarm of Flying Bugs as a spell like ability (a mix), which attacks all other creatures within its area. (You may summon the swarm so that it shares the area of other creatures.) If no living creatures are within its area, the swarm attacks or pursues the nearest creature as best it can. The caster has no control over its target or direction of travel. There is no saving throw or spell resistance. A chaotic Killer may do this 1 a day + 1 every two levels.

Cloak of Chaos (Ex)
Basically blink there is a random chance (5% every other level for 10 levels to a max of 25%) that any attack directed at the Chaotic Killer missies

Chaos Gate: Once per day per 3 "Chaotic Killer" levels (and one additional time at 10th level), a chaotic killer can open a chaos gate. Runes of chaos spread out from the killer scribing a magic circle on the floor. The killer then roles percentile dice to determine the result:

1-9 Teleport to a stated location within 500 miles
10-19 Teleport to a stated location within 500 miles and all damage including ability damage is healed
20-29 Teleport to a stated location within 500 miles and take 1d6 of damage per chaos killer level
30-39 Teleport to a stated location with 500 miles but arrive exhausted and with all daily use abilities and spell slots (if any) spent for the day
40-49 Teleport to a random location 5d100 to determine miles - d8 to determine direction, 1 = N, 2 = NE, 3 = E, etc.
50-59 Teleport to a random location within 50 miles and all damage including abiltiy damage is healed
60-69 Teleport to a random locatoion and take 1d6 of damage per chaos killer level
70-79 Teleport but arrive exhausted and with spells and daily use abilties spent
80-84 Gate in 20 HD of demons that respond to the killers will
85-89 Gate in 20 HD of demons that act at random (the gate proces makse them crazed
90-94 Gate in 20 HD of demons working as a unit for some objective completely unrelated to the chaos killer's objectives and safety
95-00 Gate in 20 HD of demons that protect and try to steal away the chaos killer to a place of safety but do not respond to his commands - and have palns for him

Here are a few thoughts --

To me, "chaos" is almost synonymous with "random". If you look at things from that point of view, there is a lot that you could do...

Have some kind of chaotic physical stat enhancement -- "Once per day as a standard action the chaotic killer can increase one of his physical stats for a number of hours equal to his level. Roll randomly for either Str, Dex, or Con and that stat will increase 1d6 points for the duration. This is an enhancement bonus." Or something like that. You can easily do something similar with saving throws.

You could do something similar to Action Points -- "A Chaotic Killer can improve a roll once a day per Chaotic Killer level by rolling 1d6 and adding it to the roll. This must be done before success or failure is announced, but can be done after the initial roll."

You can look at the Wild Mage prestige class (from Complete Arcane I believe) for some ideas of other chaotic abilities.

You could look at a wand of wonder's abilities and maybe take some ideas from that. "A Chaotic Killer can duplicate the effects of a Wand of Wonder once a day." perhaps.

Lastly, you could look at all the spells that have a "chaotic" descriptor and possibly give the Chaotic Killer some spell-like abilities based on some of these spells. You can get a list of spells --> Here.

Anyway, just a few thoughts...

You could also look at the Chaos domain (or similar domains) and give him access to the domain, the spells, or the special ability of the domain.
