I received the Ptolus Pre-Order Kit yesterday, but was dissapointed to find my 5 copies of the Ptolus Player's Guide not included. Is this how my order is supposed to be, or were the player's guides forgotten?

As for the Player's guide, you have a digital copy on the CD-Rom that came with your book, as well as a free download at DriveThruRPG.com. And, of course, we have the nice printed version available in five-packs here.
