Aspect of Graz'zt?

3.5/d20/OGL

Does anyone know if an aspect of Graz'zt has been published? I've looked in the Minatures Handbook, as well as WotC's web enhancement for the Fiendish Codex I, and still can't find one. Just curious, and thanks in advance.

The answer to your question is no they haven't. Just make one up.

<Casts "Resurrect Thread", mostly because of a great love for Graz'zt.>

These are what I could find about Graz'zt's 3.5 stats:

The lesser/aspect version of Graz'zt - at CR 11 - appears in Expedition to the Demonweb Pits. (Which may be why he didn't appear in the FC 1 web supplement - WotC were saving him for another product.)

A stronger/true version of Graz'zt appears in FC 1. At CR 22 he is suitable for high-end but not epic campaigns. (This is probably the closest to the 3.0 stats/CR 24 version in Book of Vile Darkness.)

The epic/true version of Graz'zt - at CR 32 - appears in his Demonomicon article. Written by James Jacobs, it appeared in the WotC on-line issue of Dragon 360 (available here).

Yeah, I used the CR 22 version as an aspect in one of my games. PCs knew to run like hell.

You've got a point there - if the epic (CR 28+) demon lord versions exist, then the CR 22-24 versions might just be aspects instead of the real deal. Maybe the demon lords each have a true (epic/CR 28+) version, and can at any one time support a large number of weak aspects (CR 8-14) and one strong aspect (CR 22-24).
