Lost package

I'm getting no results by email so I guess I'll try the forums.

Here is the timeline, it should explain what's going on:
Jun 01 - Placed Order 640819
Jun 28 - Order Shipped
Jul 18 - Sent 1st email to customer service inquiring about it
Jul 19 - Got response "wait a few more days"
Jul 28 - Sent 2nd email to customer service inquiring about it
Jul 31 - Got response "someone from returns and replacements will contact you soon"
Aug 03 - Sent 3rd email basically saying that nobody had contacted me yet

Which brings us to today. I believe I've been more than patient, but I still do not have my package and nobody has contacted me.

What gives?

Did I forget to remove my cloak of invisibility or something? Did somebody cast silence on me?

I draw my dagger and carve "I'm here" on the wall. I draw coins and a check mark right next to it. Then I draw a dragon and cross it out.
