Hello,
As I've mentioned in previous posts, I have been moving around a bit since Katrina. In the last month, I originally moved from New Orleans to Oklahoma, and in the last 2 months I've moved back to the New Orleans area, and now to Florida!
I can promise with a good deal of certainty that this will be my last move for a while, since I have a new job, and I just signed a 1 yr rental agreement for this house I am now moving into!
The point of this ramble is that my poor Dragons cannot seem to keep up with me! And I'm pretty sure that the post office is now thoroughly confused by my paper-trail of address changes.
I have been trying to keep my address changes current on all my important accounts (banks, Paizo, etc.) but somehow my Dragons #345 till current have gotten lost in the shuffle.
Would it be possible to have re-issued Dragon #'s 345-347, or would you prefer to wait and see if they manage to catch up to me on their own first?
Either way is ok, just let me know. You all have been WAY too nice and helpful to me this last year, I'm almost embarrased to ask for help again. (Notice, ALMOST,)
Thanks in advance,...again,
Ragadolf -"Meddle not in the affairs of wizards, for you are crunchy, and good with ketchup".

Your (most recent) address change will go into effect with issue #348, which will ship out to you on 8/29. #347 was just sent to the Kenner, LA address on 8/1. Hopefully this issue will be forwarded to you (No, really! This does happen sometimes!).
Please let me know which issues you are still missing after you've received #348. That way we'll know which ones the USPS has decided to forward, and which ones have disappeared into the mists of Ravenloft.
Thanks,
cos

Stoopid mists,
Stoopid Ravenloft,Stoopid New Orleans built-in-a-hole-surrounded-by-water,...
With all this moving, do you have any idea what my negatives are for a sanity check right now?!?! (Hint: a natural 20 MIGHT get me only a moderate failure) ;)
Seriously, Thanks Cosmo. I'll wait for #348 before I bug you again. (sigh, now if only patience was one of my virtues.)
Thanks again,

Good luck Ragadolf. My Dad was in New Orleans when Katrina hit. Luckly he left there right before it made landfall. I had also gone there about 3 months before and I went there about a month an a half later. ~shakes my head~ What a mess! I was amazed (and not in a good way) how much damage had been done. I also found out that the area of Missisippi that I lived in when I was younger was totally wiped off the map. You have my simpathies. Good luck!

Thanks Sharoth,
I know it looks like I gripe and whine a lot, but I'm (mostly) joking. The truth is, I'm one of the lucky ones. My family and I made it out early, we were able to stay with my family in Oklahoma for a while, and I even managed to salvage some stuff. There are people like my Wife's grandmother, who didn't even have a house to search thru! (Best we can figure, her house was hit by a 40' wave and is in the middle of the gulf somewhere!)
Meanwhile, It has been a rough year, but I have a new job (in THEATRE where I belong! YAY!) I now live less than 5 miles from a white beach (Secure in his faith, or tempting his fate? Only the future will tell) and the kids are less than 2 hours from their hero, Mickey Mouse. Yes, Things are looking up.
I gratefully accept your good luck wishes, and I'm glad your dad made it out alright too! Please accept my sympathies on the loss of your hometown. It's bad enough having to move after calling a city home for 10 years. I can't imagine my hometown being GONE. (Hmmm, Tulsa, OK destroyed by a tornado? A not-impossible scenario!)~shudders at the thought~
Thanks again, and good luck to you and yours. Thank God we have active imaginations to help us thru the hard times!
God bless,
