I'm still missing issues 137 and 138. I called over 3 weeks ago on 137 and never recieved a call back. I emailed over 2 weeks ago and I recieved an email saying it would be shipped out.
Now Aug 4th and I haven't gotten the issue that shipped in June or the issue that shipped on July 18th 138.
This is the next avenue that I'm trying. I can't find my Subscription number but the subscriptions are connected to this account.

We've only just received our back issue stock of 137; it will go out this week. I've also put in a reship order for 138.

Not to pile on you (trust me, I know the joys of working in Customer Service), but is that aforementioned re-ship on #138 just for Neffier or was there some kind of problem with #138 never going out? My account says it was shipped on 07/19 and I can usually count on it arriving in 10-14 days from the ship date. So far, no issue #138. If you could just verify for me that one's on the way, I'd be grateful.

It looks like we did send you a copy of #138 on 7/18. Since it hasn't arrived, we'll take it as lost in the mail. I'll put you down for a replacement.

Thanks for responding so quickly. I got the e-mail confirming the re-ship. I'll keep an eye out for it.
Thanks again for the great service (no run-arounds or b.s.). Many other comapanies could learn from you guys.
