Man, I sure hope you guys over at Paizo get paid well, or at least have a punching bag in the office to get out your stress. I would not be able to handle the obnoxious morons demanding their stuff in such rude manner. You guys have much cooler heads than I do.

Something that might be useful to the Paizo Customer Service staff... Let them know the order date and invoice/order number, that gives them some context to work with. Depending on where you are, it can take a couple of weeks to get to you.

However, I don't understand how you've sent payment via paypal, as we only accept Visa, Mastercard, Check or Money order as payment options. I do see an incomplete order for these items (Order #644771), but this order will not be shipped without one of the above mentioned payment methods. For instructions on how to pay with a check or money order, please see the FAQ, and be sure to include that order number on your check or money order.

So just to be clear: We cannot accept Paypal as a payment method at this time. To get the items ordered, you will need to provide payment using one of the above mentioned methods.

Evidently my attempt at jerry mcguire humor went over someones head and landed in the obnoxious pool ><.My apologies if it sounded rude.Ive just been waiting a looong time to be able to purchase items online and was frustrated to a point because i didnt see a way i can pay using my preferred method and my eagerness coupled with my humor went kaboom on my messageboard AAArgh!

Indeed... Irony and Sarcasm are extremely difficult to accurately convey on a text-based medium. It doesn't help that most of the messages posted in this thread that have the tone of your OP are not intended to be ironic or sarcastic. Apologies appreciated, however!
