Dungeon Issue 138

I just received my copy of Dungeon 138. However, when I open it up the issue starts at Page 19. I check the rest of the issue and it is not printed out-of-order. I am wondering if anyone else has the same issue as I did and is there anyway to get a replacement copy if this is a problem unique to me.
