Alright, I placed an order June 21st, including the Sorc on Black Dragon mini promo amongst other items. It has now been over five weeks, and it is still 'waiting for product' on an item that says usually ships in 3-4 weeks. I realize things have a bit hectic for Paizo recently, but I'm getting antsy. For one thing, I leave for college on the 11th, and would rather not deal with the change of address, especially since some of the items ordered were meant as parting gifts for some of my friends. Additionally, Paizo's CEO announced yesterday, "We just shipped out all the original orders for the Black Dragon promo mini that were placed in June." My order was placed in June, but has yet to be shipped out. So, I'm getting a bit nervous. Any word on when this order will be shipped would be much apprectiated.

Lisa should have been clear: that's unless there were other items that aren't in stock that are causing the order to wait. The dragon isn't the holdup; it's the T-shirt which is out of stock. I'll have our store manager find out what the dealy in getting that shirt is.

Our restock from Offworld Designs is on its way. The specific T-shirt that you ordered had been out of stock at the manufacturer, but we are told it is on its way as well. In order to get your stuff out to you as quickly as possible, I split the order so we'll be able to ship the stuff we do have as soon as possible. Then when the T-shirt comes in we'll send it separately with no additional shipping charge.

In Order History, everything has been listed as "Pending" for about 3 days now. What exactly does this mean?

Nevermind this; I just received notification that both orders should be shipping. Very good news!
