I ordered things that it said was in stock so that I would be sure and be able to get my order in a timely manner. it's been about a week since I ordered, and my order still hasn't been shipped, the status on it says ready to be shippped, I just want to know what's going on with my order? (it was for a vinyl game matt, and some wet erase markers)

Your order is, indeed, ready to ship and we will be shipping it as soon as possible. The warehouse is currently working at capacity, so shipments continue to be slightly delayed. Please note, however, that the vinyl game mat on your order lists in it's product description that it usually ships in 6 to 14 business days. Right now, we're at business day #9 from the date the order was placed.

Ok thank you for that, except now it says that it's waiting on product (matt markers), when I ordered the matt markers were in stock. What happened?
Your order is in the process of being shipped. The products have been pulled from stock in anticipation of being put in a box and sent to you. You should be receiving your "Now Shipping" email either today or tomorrow.
