There is the Miniatures Trading Post over on the Wizards of the Coast boards.
I have some older commons and iconic PC miniatures- out of bags but with cards - I would like to trade for ones of similar rarity from similar sets.
Feel free to e-mail at mgriffith123@yahoo.com if you'd like to trade. I'm in the USA for shipping purposes.

These are great suggestions!
However, Paizo is now purchasing minis. If you are interested, just send a query with a complete list of the minis you wish to sell to buyer@paizo.com and we'll get back to you with a price.

I would consider this option much more serously if you had some kind of a list showing the prices you would give me for selling you my minitures. I understand that Paizo needs to make a profit on such a deal and am mainly motivated by the ease of such an arrangement.
So to close such a deal with me you need to convince me that it is worthwhile for me to sell you the 40% of my miniture collection I have no real use for as compared to my trying to trade these minitures away. Probably I could trade them but it would presumably take a fair bit of time and effort on my part to find people willing to trade the minitures I don't want for minitures that I do. If you show me the carrot maybe I'll bite.
Another suggestion would be that you offer me some kind of a deal if I choose to use the money I make selling you my miniture collection as a credit to buy other Paizo merchandise as opposed to asking you to cut me a cheque. Presumably its best for you if I buy more of your products with my new found wealth then if I simply abscond with the money.

I agree, a list would lure me into selling probably 100 or so older minis.

I've only bought two packs of minis (the new plastic ones) in my life. I would however like to get some just as 'counters' for large units. From what I understand there are people out there with 20-30 of the same mini. I know these 'commons' are not that pricey, but if anyone wants to dump a few lots of these 'counters' my way I'd buy 'em. My wife paints metal minis for the PCs and my NPCs and monsters.
