In June I've bought a few articles from you guys.
They were "ready to ship" in June, and they still are that way.
What kind of problem keeps you from shipping them?
Is that normal?

Unfortunately, we are still in the midst of the backlog that is explained here and, as you are asking why your Black Dragon hasn't shipped yet, you will find your answer there as well.
