Hi there!
On the website is is said that issue #137 (which is the first of my subscription) was shipped on "Jun 26".
I still didn't arrive here in Germany.
I now wonder, if it is normal to take that long (back issues I ordered one day, needed only 4 days to arrive!), or if it just wasn't shipped to me, because such things happen from time to time with subscriptions of all kind?!
So, this is no complaint, I just want to make sure its on its way and wasn't forgotten or something...

Your first issue was indeed shipped out on June 26 (or "26 June" for you guys on the other side of the pond). So it is on its way.
All of our subscription issues ship out via periodicals rate (i.e. bulk rate), so they will not arrive as fast as back issues, which are shipped via Global Priority. While they will usually arrive much more quickly, issues going to Europe can take as long as 6-8 weeks to reach their destinations.
That being said, your issue has only been in transit for a week now. Especially if it has already left the country (as tomorrow is a US Postal holiday), your issue should probably arrive sometime in the next week or two.
Dryder, according to my experience, the magazine issues take two to three weeks to reach germany if you subscribed. If it hasn´t arrived by the mid of july, you can start to worry.

I was just wondering about when my own first issue of dungeon would arrive. I recieved the subscription in mid May I believe as a birthday gift and still have not recieved an issue yet. when I spoke to the person who ordered it for me they said that every thing was confirmed as being okay, yet as of today I still havent recieved anything. Is this a normal waiting period for a new subscription and someone who lives in Montreal Canada? Or should I send you the order details so that this can be looked into further? I'd provide the order number now but as its a gift I dont have them at this moment. Thanks for your help in this matter.

I was just wondering about when my own first issue of dungeon would arrive.Your subscription begins with issue 137, which shipped on June 26. It often takes up to three weeks for issues to reach Canadian subscribers.

Hi, I sent a responce email yesterday concerning my issue. It never came by Friday and I am also concerned that this will affect my Dragon subscription as well. My wife renewed it at the same time she subscribed to Dungeon. Thank you.
