I sent an email to customer service last week on June 15, 2006, that I had not received my Dragon #345. Checking my subscription page, I noticed it was sent on May 30 and it's now been almost a month and nothing. I received an email from Michelle Barrett on June 19 that it would be sent that week. I checked the order status and it *still* says 'waiting for product.' Any ideas on what's happening?
I don't want to sound impatient, but I like my Dragon and Dungeon for the month and miss my normal magazine reading. I guess that's a compliment to you guys...keep up the good work. I'd just like to have my Dragon to read. :-(

I'm afraid I'm going to have to refer you to the Promotional Sorcerer on Black Dragon thread as well. Getting these orders shipped has affected every aspect of our warehouse, so, despite what it may display under your order history, your replacement is ready and waiting to be packed and shipped. We'll get it to you as quickly as possible.
