Reissue for my reissue still missing

I still have yet to see my issue #344 anywhere in the mail. I had my address block for issue345 checked by the post office for errors (there were none). I have made at least 4 telephone calls to Cosmo. I am starting to think that I will never see the issue (since I refuse to pay for a new one). I have been reissued the #344 twice. Can anyone tell me how a particular magazine can disappear in the mail three times but the one after it shows up nice and dandy on time?


Actually, I noticed last night that the post office missed something when they looked at the address block. The extra 4 digit routing code on the zip was wrong. That could explain the missing issue and the mess up with previous issues.

Hey Cosmo, I still have not gotten that latest reissue of #344. Any ideas how the post office can lose 4 copies of the same issue? I don't know about you, but I am starting to think that someone at the post office is seriously messing up.
