I doubt it, I somehow think most campaigns stop at low 20s at best, there doesn't seem to be many people continuing after that so Paizo could argue it's a limited market and of limited appeal. Mind you if they did do one they would set a precedent and probably create said market.
The best I hope for is wrap up epic adventures for the existing (and future) Adventure Paths, addressing the "best" hook for the end of each of the current APs. Possibly a web site vote for your favourite Hook, possibly even your favourite AP author, then Piazo commission the adventure. It would probably irritate too many non APers to have it in Dungeon though, so possibly distribute by pay for download .pdfs?
As an aside I only have three players so I know if they survive the AP they may hit level 22 or 23 anyway, so we will get a little taste of epic play regardless. Obviosuly unlikely with 6 players :)

Market research shows that epic level play is used even less than psionics. In addition, epic level stat blocks are HUGE. Designing epic level adventures is really tough. For these three reasons, we won't be doing an epic adventure path.
Of course, the final adventure in any given Adventure Path can be used for 21st or probably even 22nd level charcters. Beyond that, don't expect epic adventures often from Dungeon. I'd like to print one a year, but the simple truth is that we get VERY few proposals for them. (hint hint)
