Dear Paizo team,
I was just wondering when we would next see a three-adventure arc in Dungeon? I very much enjoyed the last one (by Eric L. Boyd) and was wondering if we'd soon see such an arc come up again any time soon.
It's been quite some time since the Istivin arc and was also hoping that the next one would be set in Greyhawk (so far we had: Greyhawk - Eberron - Faerûn, so by my count Greyhawk would be next).
Any tip, info, confirmation or bean spilling welcome!!

James Jacobs promised more Styles "real soon" in another thread. Something I am thrilled to hear though to be honest I'd rather be nervous/giddy about hearing more about the next three-adventure arc that is "locked in for later this year."
All for the purest of reasons mind you. I mean I have a garden full of cabbages that need watering.
I can see it now, the beans are on the edge of the table. A slight brushing and all that potential energy becomes real energy. Oh, and then it sort of crashes to the floor and is eaten by my dogs.

I'm stickin' with City of Greyhawk--that'd sell the most magazines. The dog's starting to stink up the room like a cloudkill....must...make...save....
I agree that Greyhawk would sell... but I'm thinking more about the entire setting rather than the city itself.
My bet would be another classic AD&D adventure "update" or a 3.5 adventure inspired by a classic, something along those lines.
And since we have already had the Istivin arc, and Return to Temple of Elemental Evil (albeit that wasn't in Dungeon)... and we had the Hand of Vecna and the Rod of Seven Parts in AoW...
I'm betting on something involving Iuz.

....can't say anything....we don't even know yet, remember, we're only hoping, so---sssshhhhhh!!! :)
The Sequel to the Styes will be awesome because my players are itching to get some payback on Councilman Thornwell after he raised the party sorceror from the dead only on the condition that he would accept Asmodeus as his lord and a "fiendish" template. They've been trying to figure out how to rid him of the affliction. It hasn't come to head yet, as the City Council's goals happen to coincide with the party's campaign goal of killing the Archbishop of Pontylver, but right after that the sh*t is going to hit the fan, so a sequel with more details on the Styes will be very welcome.

This is just the reason I come to Paizo's forums, the chance to learn so much from so many diverse people. Dog-fart. That really made my day.
As I am so frequently full of BS anyway, I find this truly fitting, in a literarily ironic fashion. If that's a word, and not a Bushism.| Festivus |
