I ordered a subscription through the mail, but I have still not recieved my first issue, though I did recieve a bill. According to my subscription, my magazine (issue 343) was shipped, but I have not recieved it... Could you explain this issue please
Your 343 has most likely been lost in the mail, because we did ship you a copy.
Since this was the first issue of your subscription, to make up for the lost issue I can just add an extra issue onto the end, or I can replace the lost issue. Just let me know. Thanks!
