I just received an "Expired Notice" for my subscription to Dungeon, saying it had been two weeks since my final issue had been shipped in my one-year subscription.
However, I added 12 issues quite a while back - and the column to the left of my screen says I have 12 left...
Is this just an error in the processing of the "send a letter" prompt, or is something askew?

This notice was, indeed, sent in error. In these cases the website (specifically the "Final Issue" entry under "My Subscriptions") almost always trumps the mailed notices.
