Sorry that I don't have the order number accessible at the moment. When I check my order history I notice that this order has been delayed waiting for 7/Set Mini Pearl (PPWH) 12mm. My hopes were raised when I saw this had changed to 'ready to ship' earlier this morning but then it changed back to 'waiting for product'.

Could you please either cancel this item on this order or change it to a similar product that you have in stock? Thank you.

What you saw was the result of our realtime inventory update. When we ship an item to you, we have to remove it from inventory. There is a brief period of time (we're talking a couple of minutes) that, if you view your order, the item that was ready to ship becomes waiting for product because it's been taken out of the inventory. Then we ship your order and everthing resolves.

So you have incredible timing. Incredibly good or incredibly bad, I won't say. But definitely incredible.
