I've got it. I found it for half-price at my FLGS. I haven't finished assembling it or painting it yet. I have plently of time--my characters are only finishing Three Faces of Evil now. See the Heroes of Diamond Lake thread in the campaign journals section to see how they're doing.
The detail on the fig is pretty good but the assembly is a little tricky (7 pieces). I'm going have to fill a few gaps with putty. The thing is quite large--I'll be making Ilthane Huge instead of Large (without advancing her HD).
Big figures like dragons and giants are great to paint because they have less fiddly details than normal-sized figures and end up looking great.
I'll let you know how it turns out.

Its a nice figure, but I'm now spoiled by the McFARLANE'S DRAGONS figurines.

Yeah, I have a couple of those they are nice. I'm not a big "miniature" fan but the resemblance with Illthane especially the head caught my attention immediately.
Since Ilthane is Large, that fig looks a little too big.
The one I ended up with was a slight conversion. Mostly bending of the horns but a few other details to make it more Ilthane.
