I'm one of the moderators for The Third Eye, which is a fan-based spin-off of Wizards' psionic column The Mind's Eye. I'm thinking of submitting finalized psionic posts to Dragon the way the folks at EN World's Creature Catalog forums (like BOZ and Shade) submit converted and homebrew monsters. Since psionics doesn't get much coverage, I hope that the site will provide that.
I would do no such thing! ;)
I'd say go for it. Just plan to retool your creations a bit for the query, as Dragon has a policy of not printing something exactly as it has appeared on the web.
Bring on more psionics! I know that people want it (myself included) and the Dragon crew has posted several times that they don't print much because they don't receive many psionic queries.

I checked all the Converted forums, and yes, you're right, only the monsters forum is still private; all others are open to all. I think it's a oversight from Blacksmith the admin. I'll send him a message. In the meantime, let's hope to Sardior that it won't go off-line again!
