I thought we were getting all new creatures this time around. It hardly matters, but I think that's what was said (in the issue with the last catalogue, maybe).
More importantly, what's a norker? For that matter, what's known about the hex dragon? While I'm at it, are there any Ravenloft veterans who could tell me more about the curse that transforms... humans? goblinoids? flumphs? ... into goblyns? I found that one part a little vague.
Anyway, the last catalogue was one of the best features since my subscription started last summer (better than the Demonomicon, just under Keith Baker's Lords of Dust article). I look forward to finding out if any of this next batch can match the carrionette. :)

a norker is a chaotic evil varient of the hobgoblin (according to thier flavor text, in reality they do not seem related to hobgoblins in anyway)... they have thick, plate-like skin, so they don't wear armor, and attack using clubs (they never use any other weapon, again acording to thier flavor text) and a set of over sized fangs in thier mouth... oh and they are Orange... all in all not the best humanoid ever created IMO, but they could have real potential if the odd relationship with hobgoblins was done away with, and they were given a better background.

given that there was advertised as 16 monsters in the previous article and only 12 saw print, i'd say we have 4 (or more) SKR conversions coming. so, xvart and norker returning... could the qullan be far behind? ;)
as for the others, i have seen allusions that monsters cut from various Dragon and Dungeon articles could be seeing print here...
