I sent in a subscription card for Dragon about a month or so ago. So far, I does not look like my subscription has started. Can you confirm that you at least have my information and tell me what issue will be my first?

Customer service is a bit behind right now, but we've just brought on additional help.
Your first issue is 342, which just shipped on the 28th, and should arrive within a couple of weeks.
Currently, the website does not show you your subscription because it's an unpaid "Bill Me." (We plan to change that in the future.)
You'll want to make sure your bill been paid by March 14th to avoid missing issue 343—you can just buy a sub online at any time to take care of that.
