Missing Dragon 341

I sent an email last Thursday about this to customer service and received an automated reply that my email had been received. My question is, will I receive another email when my replacement issue is shipped or will it just show up in my mail box? It's not a big deal either way, I just want to know what to expect.

I still haven't heard anything. It's been a week and half. Is it easier for me to buy the issue and get credit to my subscription?

Sorry to be a pain. I don't want to give the impression that I'm unhappy. I've always gotten great customer service from Paizo.


I recieved Dragon Issue 342 in the mail a couple days ago, but I have still not recieved issue 341? What gives? Will I be getting this issue soon, am I out of luck and screwed, or is there some other solution available?
I would appreciate a response, thanks much.

At the time we shipped 341, your payment for the "Bill-Me" subscription hadn't yet arrived, so it wasn't sent.

We'll send you a copy and mark it against your subscription.

thank you, you would not believe the trouble I have had getting a subscription; it is wonderfull that I am finally recieving the magazine; thank you for your looking into this issue and its resolution.
