the Marshal (on page 102) doff his gambling inspector
disguise and put an end to this nonsense.
This version "The Inspector" will force surviving contestants
to reinact and complete the contests.
Anyone who will not honor their wagers will find he will
gladly take it out of their hides till they do.
He thinks if bets are not honered, the world will descend
into caos.
He will only cooperate with characters as long as they
don't delay his agenda.
He may also force an evil cleric to animate the dead or
control the undead.
Keep his ruthlessness and madness otherwise intact.
Note to facilitate his disguise self powers he can
collapse like a teloscope becoming as short as 3.5 feet.
