Yeah, but it's like the feat Die Hard.
You can take a potion, talk, or something.
Strenuous activity will damage you till you get up in the positive hits.
But to me when I´m stable I don´t have the % to become conscient, I don´t remeber this rule... I remember only the % to become stable...

Player's Handbook, page 145-146: Stable Characters and Recovery
Essentially, one hour after stabilizing, a character has a 10% chance to regain consciousness. He is still disabled, however, until he reaches 1 hp. (Disabled characters may only make a single move or standard action per round, but not both; any strenuous action deals 1 point of damage after completion, which results in the dying condition. Disabled characters move at 1/2 their speed. It is possible for disabled characters to cure themselves back to 1 or more hit points, but they still take 1 point of damage upon completion of such an act.)
You can also check the glossary at the back of the PH (pages 304-314; the unconscious condition is listed on the last page, disabled on 307, and dying on page 308).
As an aside: Please check your spelling before you post. It's hard for people to help when they can't understand what you are asking for. I do not say this to be malicious; I know people who will ignore badly written requests.

Are smelling salts good against being stunned?
No. Smelling salts, as written, only work on an unconscious, stable character who has been reduced to negative hit points. Being stunned does not make you eligible.
