I've been on this site actively for about a month now, because I bought subscriptions to Dragon and Dungeon around Jan 3-4. Now, the website says that the latest Dungeon was shipped the 24th and the latest Dragon was shipped the 31st. I received the Dragon 4 days ago. So, I'm trying to figure out if I should keep waiting, or go out and buy the Dungeon when it comes out at newsstands. Anyone?
You might have already seen this a lot already, but the fact is that depending on your local postal distributing center and how quickly they get to the "media rate" mail you might be waiting a bit to get your magazine. First class and such gets priority.
First thing though, check your account info here online. Does it say you have your subscription minus one issue left? If it does that probably means it's sitting in the post office. If it says 12, 24, or 36 then you probably won't be getting this one as part of your subscription and you'll start with the next issue.
I'm still waiting on Dungeon myself. The latest I ever had it arrive was 2-3 days after it was scheduled to hit the stands (then I got the next one two-and-a-half weeks later). If by then you don't see it (and you were supposed to get it) and you're still worried, I would suggest contacting customer service. They do a great job of shipping out replacements.
