Order #609372 - separate shipments?

Hello.. On January the 17th, I placed an order for two black Card Coffins and a pair of 'Black Death Dice'. On January 27th I recieved and e-mail from Paizo Customer Service saying that my Card Coffins have been shipped.. but not the Dice.

My question is this.. since they are going to be in separate shipments, do I have to pay for each item to be shipped individually? I don't really want to pay an arm and a leg just to have two D6s shipped separately, so I was just wondering what was going on.
