Help finding a misplaced piece of loot in Drakthar's Way

Ok, I'm going slightly mad.

I made a summary of treasure in chapter 2 a few months ago, and in it I show a 1st level pearl of power. I was reviewing various notes today and noticed this. I now, however, can't find where this pearl of power is in the chapter. I've scanned the text 4 times now, and the NPC listings 3 times. Am I blind or did I make a mistake with the summary to begin with?

I don't think there is a pearl of power in Drakthar's Way.

I recall there's a pearl of power in Life's Bazaar. Don't have a pagenumber or anything, so I could be wrong.
