Thank you for the response...

Dungeon Magazine General Discussion

James Sutter (and the rest of the Dungeon crew),

I wanted to thank you for the response I got regarding my proposed adventure: "Grove & Gavel."

While I'm still hoping for publication it did give me a sense of being in the loop and was not a form rejection letter as I have recieved in the past from your staff.

If this is a new way of responding to us authors who submit work I say keep it up.

Many thanks to James Sutter for his hard work in notifying writers that DUNGEON has received their submissions. In my experience, writers tend to be nervous and anxious about submissions, and I think Mr. Sutter's efforts will be warmly appreciated by everyone.

This is a far cry better of a system, and I hope that Paizo continues with it.

Let me echo those comments. I also appreciated receiving the email from James on my Campaign Workbook submissions, even if they were rejections. KNowing the fate of the pieces was much appreciated.

When were the proposals the responses were to? (I'd sent in a propoasl and a Critical Threat in December. Are they up to those yet?)

Thanks everybody! This system will definitely continue- at the moment, we're still on November, but that should change shortly. Hang in there!

I'm going to add to the general sentiment of this thread and applaud the considerations James has taken for a relentless submitter of queries.

Extra special thanks for uncovering ones I'd forgotten I had sent.
