Jamis has shown up a few times in the office campaign, mostly in the earlier few sessions. He has a laconic demeanor, and usually chews on a thin cigar while he observes the party quietly. He's the main contact with the law in Diamond Lake, such as it is, in my campaign. He wears suspenders, and is skinny and tall. His most notable action so far was leaning up against a lanternpost in the Vein square, watching quietly while the dwarf PC Gar Blitzhame decapitated Kullen in broad daylight. Like most of the law in Diamond Lake, he's not about to raise a finger unless he or his friends benefit.

My party seems to have a love/hate relationship with Jamis, who they appreciate as being someone whose loyalty they can sway with coins. They basically have been paying him to keep them in the know in terms of the town's politics, but also resent the bribes he demands to keep his mouth shut about their own illicit activities.
Weirdly, I portray Jamis chewing chaw most of the time... Guess this guy has tobacco fiend written all over him.

ha, well, in my campaign he saw an opportunity for extortion after the Barbarian scion of Kord smashed his greatsword into the back of Kullens head and spayed the bar red.
The party wound up handing over the gold seekers ring (their idea) as a bribe to stay outta jail and then were ordered to clean up the bar.
