Hail Adventurers! I've come across quite the problem the other day (after losing a figth with my woman....-.-;) And my question is simple:
If one were to look at Savage Species or any other book that describes creature "levels", how would one come about adding class to it?
My woman (yes. I call her that. Ask me why later...) wants to become an Angel (none in specific), AND a Druid. Now, how would I level her up, since most of my players start off with a CR of 5 (I feel it adds flavor in the game, and evens things out when playing exotic races. GOATFOLK!!!! lol)

As far as I have understood it you must finish your racial levels first before starting any class levels. The idea being that until you reach "maturity" and become a "normal monster" you really can't have a class. There are a couple of exceptions, but I don't think any of the celestials fall into that catagory.

GGG is right. You need to finish off your racial levels before you can take class levels unless you just want to ignore the carefully thought out rules presented in Savage Species in order to appease your players. Most of the angels have a lot of racial levels before they become classed characters because they have so many special abilities and qualities.
