You know what would be good? An article similar in fashion to the 3.5 Update Booklet for Monster Manual II, but for Dragon's monsters pre-3.5 issues. From #274 to whenever the first issue of 3.5 began (forgot which).
There are quite a list of monsters that could use the update, and doing it via update booklet style will ensure that not so many pages will be taken up.

While it would be cool, its probably not likely for several reasons.
1) The monsters tend to end up in Monster Manuals, FR Supplements, etc., and get updated then.
2) Some of these monsters will undoubtedly appear in future Dragon Compendium volumes, updated then.
3) It requires owning previous issues, and offers no value to a new subscriber who doesn't have any of these issues, so could be considered a page waster. (Of course, they did include a multi-page Oriental Adventures update, so this isn't necessarily a definitive reason).

some have, most have not. :)

a fraction of them, no doubt. ;)

that part has the most truth to it. however, i still don't think that it would be a bad idea to print an update. just skip the ones that have been fixed elsewhere! :)
