Well, this seems to be the place to get answers.

When I placed my order on the 7th of December, everything was listed as "ready to go in one day" except for a miniature that said 3-5 days. I thought it'd be no problem to get it before Christmas.

The website still shows that my order is awaiting shipment. I've got two order of the stick books - Origins of the PCs - Are these experiencing the same delay as mentioned for Dungeon Crawling Fools in another thread?

If I need to cancel all or part of my order, how do I get ahold of someone? I sent an email on the 12th and still have received no answer.

Dear Alison,

Sorry about the delayed response - holiday rush and all that. At the moment, everything in your order is ready to go except for the Magnificent Egos miniature, which we're still waiting on (and which should hopefully be coming in any day now). If you want to cancel that item or split the order (which shouldn't cost more than $4, tops), we can get everything else shipped out to you right away - otherwise, we'll ship everything out together as soon as it comes in. Please just email customer.service@paizo.com and let us know what you'd like to do. Thanks!
