hey i was wondering, if any one had a 3/ 3.5 conversion for Vault of the drow, against the giants, Queen od Spiders etc...

I'm fairly sure Dragon #298 had a Living Greyhawk update featuring the city of Erelhi-Cinlu and an overview of the Vault.

"The Harrowing" from issue 84 or so contains a fair bit of Lolthyness. Yochlol, abyssal spiders, archnemancers. Fits into the theme you're going with.

Greg V.'s Istivin series in Dungeon Magazine 117-119 is a sort of sequel to the GDQ series.
