Okay, all you really need from my title is the Maure Castle part. The rest is just random stuff that I typed for the heck of it.
As just about everyone knows, Dungeon 112, Maure Castle, is no longer in stock on the Paizo website. However, it says that you can buy a PDF.
I really want to run this adventure, which is why I'm wondering if the PDF is supplementary, or if it is the adventure in all its entirity.

If it is ordered, do they just bill you through mail, or do you have to send in payment on your own.
Oh, and if you buy it, can you use it even before they get the payment. (assuming you're paying of course)

I've bought several PDFs from Paizo - but I've always used a credit card for the purchase. I don't think that they do billing by mail. But if you use a credit card, once the card goes "through" (almost immediate, in my experience), you can then download the PDF and start using it.
