Hail adventurers! Yeah...so where is this Improved Feint and Combat Expertise that I'm hearing oh so much about in the requirements of STREETFIGHTER (not the game) in Complete Adventurers? Sorry! Gotta rush!

Improved Feint is not in the 3.5 PHB; Combat Expertise is.

It's in there. . . you may have missed it. I haven't looked at a 3.0 rulebook for a while, but it is in 3.5.

First, there's the 3.5 SRD.
Secondly, Combat Expertise is the renamed version of the 3.0 feat Expertise. They wanted to give it a more specific name.
Finally:
IMPROVED FEINT (GENERAL)
~ Prerequisites: Int 13, Combat Expertise.
~ Benefit: You can make a Bluff check to feint in combat as a move action.
~ [b]Normal: Feinting in combat is a standard action.
~ A fighter may select Improved Feint as one of his fighter bonus feats.
Though I suggest you take a look through the SRD when you get a chance.
