I will admit that I might just be imagining things, but wasn't there a FR Prc that allowed a follower of Selune to gain control of the change as well as preventing the PC from shifting to the evil alignment?
If anyone could tell me where that is located, or if I am just daydreaming, it would be greatly appreciated.
I am asking because the party I am running will soon be facing some lycanthropes and if they get infected, I want to be able to let them know all of their options.

I believe that the PrC you mean is the Silverstar, which can be found in Dragon 285.
If I recall correctly (don't have issue to hand), the PrC allows the Selunite to become a Natural lycanthrope, rather than an Afflicted lycanthrope. I don't think it has any effect on the alignment though.

There's also a Selune-worshipping lycanthrope-based PrC in the Faiths and Pantheons book.
IT was also covered in the novel Mistress of the Night (FR) by David Gross and Don Bassingwaite, part of the recent Priests Series. In the book it deals with a group called the New Moon Pact which are lycanthropes that have learned to control their abilities, and yes they are followers of Selune. We've actually been using them in our game.
