Please, someone bring me relief. I subscribed to Dragon recently. I sent in the subscription form and checked "Bill me Later." I eventually recieved 336 in the mail, and a bill soon afterwards. The bill was paid and sent back, but I haven't gotten 337 yet? I'm wondering if this is due to the time that I paid or if everyone else who subscribed doesn't have it either.

Okay, this is bad.
I got the e-mail saying that I was sent the issue. All of the information was correct.
It was sent on the 20th of October, but since it was at night, it probably actually was sent on the 21th.
Anyway, it's now the 27th, it was supposed to be Priority Mail, and it still has not come.
Did something happen?

While the renewal request went through last week, we had to wait for our replacement/back issue copies to come in from the printer. Yours should be headed out today. Thanks for being so patient!

Dear Max,
No need for capslock. The problem is that 6 days isn't really 6 days when it spans a weekend - your replacement copy was shipped out via USPS Priority Mail at the end of last week, and is currently making its way across the continent. I expect it to arrive any minute - if for some reason you haven't seen it by the end of the week, then we'll know that something's wrong and we'll get it fixed immediately. In the meantime, thanks for being patient, and sorry about the delay!
Whether it's missing issues or longer-than-expected delivery times, you can always count on the US Postal Service to make things go just a little less smoothly. : P
