When will my order ship?

This is not a complaint so much as a question.
I ordered Tunnels and Trolls 5.5 this Saturday at 3:00 pm. When will you be shipping it, and will there be a confirmation email? I am mostly curious as I paid for priority mail so it would show up this week, and if it doesn't go out today, this becomes much less likely. Thanks!

Same problem. I ordered several Anachronism boosters on Wednesday, and they still haven't shipped. On Friday I sent an email inquiring as to when to expect the shipment, still no answer.

I don't mind waiting, I just want to know how long I will have to wait.

Thanks for the reply, but as of now I don't have an email. I am writing this 1.5 hours after your message so it probably should have arrived by now. Would you mind resending it? I just verified that the email in my profile is correct.

Have not received Paizo Order #581119 since order was submitted Wed Sept. 14 2005.
Shipping Address is correct.
The order contains the following items:
1 x Dungeon 12-Issue Subscription US

Could I get a response as to why I have not received anything?
The only emails I have received were the confirmation of the submitted order and other advertisements for new products.

Dear Trevor,

When you subscribe to one of our magazines, we set up your account so that your subscription starts with the next issue to be shipped - in this case, you subscribed on September 14th, which was just barely too late to get #128 (the ship date may be listed as 9/20, but the date at which we create the shipping list is at least a week before that.) Your first issue will be 129, and should be showing up in the first week of November. Thanks!

I preordered magic of eberron on october 8th and it became available in your store last friday. But the info on my account info says that it is awaiting shipment yet.

You have always been very fast dispatching orders and this is one of the reasons I buy books from your store service though I have to pay 15 or 20 dollars in addition to the book´s price for living in europe. I´m a little disappointed now and I´d want to know when is going my magic of eberron to ship. Thanks for your answer.

Hey guys!

Daniel: Your order shipped on October 20th.

EHB: As I mentioned in this morning's email, we're still waiting for our back issue copies of 129 to come in from our printer/mailing folks before we can start shipping. We should have them any day now.

Everybody: Sorry about the delayed responses. I can't stress enough, however, how much better and faster it is to email customer.service@paizo.com and get any questions or concerns handled that way... those invariably get read before the messageboards. Thanks!
