Store order lost in space

Over a week ago I ordered several back issues of Dragon here at the online store. I think it was three or four magazines including a pre-order for #337 (which it warned would not be shipped until Oct 25th). I paid for the order and two day USPS shipping but I still have received nothing. How long is two days anyway? Or do I have to wait until two days *after* October 25th? If so I wish that had been made clearer on the order form. If not, then my order is lost in space - what can I do?

You're correct - with orders that are all back issues, we generally wait until any preordered issue has come in and then ship them all out together. Thanks for being patient, and sorry that wasn't more clear!

Thanks for the clarification. I'm disappointed, of course; but I guess I'll just be patient (Oh, I HATE doing that!!). Anyway, I guess I'll stop cursing at my mailman now.

One of the items on the web team's to-do list is allowing customers to request that we ship items as they become available, at an additional shipping cost.

This is a good idea. I would've been willing to pay the separate shipping cost to get those older issues immediately (I need them to help with my current campaign). In fact, when I saw the later date noted for issue #337, I wondered if I was automatically going to be double billed for shipping (which I wouldn't have minded, as I said).
