Dungeon #128 ship late?

Did #128 ship late or something? I haven't received my copy yet, and I usually get it about 2 weeks after shipment

My copy hasn't made it here (i.e. Germany) yet either. This is the third issue of my subscription and the previous two have taken only two weeks, this one is now out for four weeks and still not here, and #129 is already being shipped now.

This is a bit disappointing, I thought that I might get the magazines a bit earlier by subscription, considering that I often get books and DVDs from the States in less than one week.

I have got the same problem with no. 128.
I'm in germany, Hamburg.
For more than a year every issue arrived in about 2-3 weeks time, but 128 is quite a bit late.
Maybe a problem with the shipping to europe ?

I'm in Ontario, Canada and still haven't seen 128 myself. It was shipped on the 20th of September so for me its 4 weeks as of today.

I had the same problem with 126 and wrote to request a replacement which arrived very promptly. I then recieved my original "late" subscription copy another week or so later. I'm going to hang tight this time and see if it comes. If I end up with 129 in my lap before 128 gets here then I know there has been a problem.

Is there a known reason for the delay? I know this has been asked in the message boards before; however, I too have been able to order other materials from the States by mail which seems to arrive in a week to 10 days so I can't help but ask again. Just curious if anybody knows anything or if it's just bad luck.

Cheers,
C.

I am in Portland, Oregon and I received my copy of Dungeon #128 back on October 10th and Dragon #337 on October 14th.

I emailed customer service, and they sent me another copy. My original never arrived. Meh, not dissappointed or anything.

Due to a communications error, there was a delay in getting 128 out to European customers. This error should not happen again.

All other subscription copies shipped on time, so any delays for non-European subscribers can be attributed to postal services.

Hey Cernunos!

I'm in Ontario as well, and I had the same problem with 127. I'm waiting until the 20th (30 days after the original shipping) for my AWOL 128, then I'll call customer service to see if they'll send a replacement.

Hey Dungeon guys, are you using a new distributor/shipping method? Not grumpy, just curious ...

Thanks, Vic, for letting us know.

Paizo hasn't changed anything, and neither the printer nor the Post Office have notified us of any changes in their processes. We do know that the New Orleans Processing and Distribution Center is still out of service, and many hurricane-affected post offices are still only offering partial service, but that shouldn't really affect anyone outside of the Gulf Coast area.

I live in Australia and have not received issue 126 yet, which was shipped three months ago. I e-mailed Paizo two days ago and haven't had a reply. I haven't received issues 127 and 128 either.

I live in Ontario, Canuck-land also and haven't recevied Issue #128 of Dungeon yet, just e-mailed Customer service and left a phone message so hopefully it'll be winging it's way up here!

Pervious to this I've had one instance when a copy never arrived, but apart from that they're usually very good.

Mine finally arrived - yippee! The mailman must be taking extended coffee breaks or something.

Cheers,
C.
