Hi my shackled city order shipped on August 1st. It should only take 1 week to get to Australia ... 40 days later its still not here.
I have contacted customer service twice after the 31 day mark with no response. I think its more than ample time frame to allow a product to reach Australia from the USA.
Can someone please let me know whats going to happen next?

I think we pretty much have to consider that one lost in transit. We'll ship another copy immediately - we have another of your orders heading out, so we'll ship them together, along with a little something extra to help make up for your troubles.

Hi Solomani,
The USPS doesn't have the ability to track international packages. The only way would be to send it UPS/FedEx and that would be extremely expensive.
