As soon as my pc's find out that Lashonna is a vampire they will try to kill her. They believe completly that undead have no place in the natural world so they will kill her on site.
You might be looking at an early end to your Age of Worms campaign then... Lashonna's going to be a fairly tough customer.
Actaully, you should be ok. Although the Age of Worms will assume that the PCs work with Lashonna (for a while, at least) there'll be concessions as to what to do if things go askew and they somehow manage to destroy her. Which would be a monumental achievement when they first meet her.
Anyway, wait until you see how she's handled in the last 5 or so Adventure Path installments to sign your PCs' death warrants.

She's new.

The one big disappointment regarding Lashonna is that not only is she a vampire (which is cool)but she is a silver dragon vampire (AOW Overload). It just seems a little repetitious considering the fact that big bad number two (Dragotha) is a dracolich. Perhaps you could stick with the vampire profile and load up on Prestige classes from the Book of Vile Darkness like Master Vampire (not sure if this the correct class name) and Soul Eater.
Don't get me wrong I love dragons but there is such a thing as to much of a good thing. Anyone else with suggestions?

We've already done a LOT with vampires in recent issues (in Eric Boyd's excellent Vampries of Waterdeep campaign arc), so we're not really interested in making her something other than a dragon. Dragotha nad Lashonna are both undead dragons, but they're also going to be very different in capabilities, tactics, and personalities. My advice: Wait till we get to those last few adventrues. If you still feel that two undead dragons is too many for a campaign, you'll still be able to rebuild Lashonna as something else.

Fair enough!!! Was thinking of making her a uber powered vampire kobold bent on vengence for the death of her brethern at the Twisted Branch Lair in Encounter at Blackwall Keep. Who would see that coming?
