3D Terrain in SC

Shackled City Adventure Path

Guys,
Ive just purchased the World Works 3D Terrain - Chunky Dungeons (www.worldworksgames.com)and noticed that it mentions to make the Pro Master board in 1.5" squares. Im wondering if it should be 1" squares for use with the D&D Minis otherwise it may make any minis larger than medium look silly. Any Ideas? If I make it 1" will it throw the 3D Buildings out of proportion? Thanks in advance. I only ask on this board as someone brought a similar topic up last week and got a lot of response.

bad news Rocksteady. The chuncky dungeons set is meant for heroclikcs mini's. These mini's use a 1.5" = 5 ft scale, rather than the standard 1" = 5ft scale used for most D&D mini's. It's not that big of a problem, though. You can still use the set. The dungeon just looks a bit bigger from the PC's p.o.v. As long as you put large models on square intersections you're fine with those too.

There are some other models that are better suited for the 1" mini's. I would sugest using some of the interiorworks sets (gothic realms, castles&keeps and punbs&inns are great for most dungeons and interiors). Skull cove, vilageworks and castleworks ultimate are exellent for outdoor adventuring. The latter offer a 1" and a 1.5" grid, so you can use them with either type of mini.

Thanks for the info I really appreciate it.
