How long to wait before i should email customer service

hey, i was gonna email customer service about my dungeon subscription. then i backed off and decided to see how long i should wait before i add another email to the list. my sub. said the newest issue was sent on july 19 it is now the 4th. and my mailbox is still empty. if anyone can tell me how long i should wait would be good. it's been about 17 days now.

My mag takes anywhere from 4 days to 4 weeks to get to me in Canada. Because it is second class mail, the post office "deals with it when they get to it", explaining the wide variation in arrival times. I'd hold off another week or two before contacting customer service.

If there's anything you can say about Paizo, it's that they take customer feedback very seriously. I wouldn't worry about Paizo being bothered or anything. So go ahead and drop them an email. Worst that can happen is for them to ask you wait a few more days.

If the delivery is taking longer than expected, I'm sure they'll be happy to send you a replacement.

We receved ours in Seattle on the 3rd, so yours may still be on its way. Why don't you give it until Wednesday and then if it hasn't shown up by then, shoot me an email at jeff.alvarez@paizo.com and I'll send you a replacement.
