I was wondering if there were any Dragonstar players out there who would have suggestions on Dungeon adventures that could be converted to Dragonstar.

This issue came up on the Dragonstar Yahoo! Group a year ago. You might check the archives. There were a few 3.0 modules in Dungeon that were easily adapted to Dragonstar. Other than a few tweaks to 3.5 I don't see why the new adventures can't be used easily.
There was a 3.0 adventure about a modified shield guardian on a volcanic planet that comes to mind for me.Mike

May I suggest that Spelljammer is a fantastic resource for fantasy space-opera feel that dovetails nicely with the Dragonstar Campaign?
Seriously, check out some of the old modules and write-ups on Crystal Spheres for the various different existing campaigns and you have some seriously grandiose resources for any level party from low-level to epic.

Huge Dragonstar fan - I'm currently writing a Dragonstar article for the Stygian ezine. /shameless plug
The Yahoo group is a great place to get help with specific mechanics/areas of the rules. Although you'll likely get several different ideas.
Specific adventures that could be converted - no. However, most adventures can be ported across very easily. The best formula to use is to look what futuristic stuff the PCs have over their traditional counterparts and then 'space up' the adventure in that area.
For example, if the adventure includes a small battle on-route to the main adventure site and the PCs have a shuttle - make it a space battle. This can be a lot of fun if you translate things straight across (e.g. low intelligence ogre pirates trying to operate a huge starship), so you should make changes based on your campaign. To continue the example, if the ogres in the adventure are too stupid to use a starship, then change the ogres for something else more suitable to your campaign. Or relocate the scene to a orbital habitat dome etc.
Hope that helps!
Peace,
