Need to cancel a pre-order.

I sent an email a couple days ago requesting that my pre-order #555952 be cancelled but have recieved no reply.

Was my email recieved?

I dug through our customer.service@paizo.com account, and it looks like we never got your email for some reason (at least, we didn't get any emails from the address on your online account).

I went ahead and canceled your preorder for you.


I'm pretty sure I sent it from my work email address. That probably explains it.
